Matchmaking in progress! Textile and fashion industry

On the 15th of July, we have organized a working meeting between Moldovan fashion designer Yulia Efros and 2 relocated women entrepreneurs from Ukraine: Елизавета Крестьянкина, from Kiev and Tina Ghedulyanova, from Odessa.

In this matchmaking process, Elizaveta and Tina managed to learn more about the fashion/textile industry in the Republic of Moldova, and in turn, expressed their interest for a possible cooperation.

Women entrepreneurs from Ukraine want to identify ways to open a business in the field of textile production in Moldova, as well as are interested to find new distribution markets and customers, and are also analyzing how to establish a local partnership, both in the field of production and import/export of these products.

This business matchmaking session is part of the currently implemented project by Enable – “Building sustainable bonds between local Moldovan and relocated Ukrainian entrepreneurs”, supported by CIPE Europe & Eurasia.
